You don’t have to hold it all together on your own.

Trauma-informed, neuro-affirmative support to help you feel safer, understand what’s happening, and build support that fits real life.

ABOUT SELPHIE

A place to slow down, make sense of things, and feel supported

without pressure to have it all figured out.

Most people don’t seek support because everything is fine.
They come because something feels heavy, confusing, or exhausting.

Selphie exists to meet you there — with compassion, clarity, and practical support rooted in real life.

What Selphie is

Selphie is a trauma-informed, neuro-affirmative wellbeing practice offering counselling, EMDR, and creative approaches to emotional support.

The work is grounded in evidence-based therapy and guided by a simple principle:

Support should fit real life — not ask you to push through it.

Creativity is used not as a hobby, but as a regulation and reflection tool — especially when words are hard to find. Sessions are collaborative, paced, and shaped around what feels safe and manageable for you.

You may be here because…

  • You’re tired of holding everything together

  • You show up for everyone else but feel depleted yourself

  • You’re living with anxiety, burnout, trauma, or emotional shutdown

  • You notice ADHD traits like overwhelm, distraction, or emotional overload

  • Or you simply don’t feel like yourself anymore

You don’t need to decide which label fits, you don’t need the right words.

You don’t need to explain everything perfectly to be understood here

What matters is that you’ve noticed something needs to shift.

Selphie is a space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to feel steadier — at your own pace, in your own way.

How Selphie works (the approach)

Support through Selphie focuses on:

  • helping your nervous system feel safer

  • making sense of what you’re experiencing without shame

  • building practical support that reduces daily load

  • integrating changes gently into real life

  • staying supported over time, not just in crisis

There is no pressure to “fix” yourself, perform progress, or follow rigid routines
